Antonio Nardozzi et María Dolores del Sol Ontalba se sont rencontrés en travaillant ensemble au Fuksas Studio à Rome. Cette rencontre a permis à devenir complémentaires dans leurs projets de design et d'architecture. Depuis, ils travaillent ensemble pour partager des idées et des points de vue sur l'architecture. Soutenu par leurs chemins distincts, leurs expériences variées, ils essaient de se enrichir mutuellement et d'encourager une réflexion plus approfondie. Maintenant, ils collaborent à la fois sur la recherche dans le domaine de l'architecture et dans l'analyse des géométries complexes et techniques par le biais de TOMA!
Antonio Nardozzi & María Dolores del Sol Ontalba met by working together at Fuksas Studio in Rome. This meeting allowed them to become complementary in their design and architecture projects. Since then, they work together sharing ideas and points of view on architecture. Backed by their distinct paths, their varied experiences, they try to enrich each other and encourage further thinking. Now, they collaborate on both research in the field of architecture and in the analysis of complex geometries and technics through TOMA! platform.

Juste vivre le moment présent entièrement consacré au plaisir donné par le fait de contempler le soleil, la mer, l’horizon et le ciel tout en profitant de la brise côtière et bercé par les vagues, c’est le monde flottant de La Grande Motte. Ce petit pavillon conçu pour la dixième édition de la FAV sur le front de mer de La Grande Motte, est moulé et sculpté par le vent comme une érosion. Sa forme fluctuante permet de regarder à travers et, en constante évolution, modifie ses propres caractéristiques en ce qui concerne les points de vue jusqu’à s’aplatir, créant, grâce à sa nature anamorphique, un cercle parfait. À travers un hublot, le spectateur est invité à contempler l’interaction entre la géométrie pure du cercle (artificielle) et la ligne de contact entre ciel et mer (la nature). Un point de vue inattendu qui suggère de ralentir et de s’attarder à vivre une expérience liée à durer longtemps, au-delà de l’éphémère.
Just living the present moment completely devoted to the pleasure given by contemplating the sun, the sea, the horizon and the sky while enjoying the coastal breeze and lulled by the waves, this is the floating world of La Grande Motte. This little pavilion designed for the tenth edition of the FAV on the seafront of La Grande Motte, is molded and sculpted by the wind as an erosion. Its fluctuant shape allows to look through and, continually evolving, changes its own features with respect to the points of view of up to flatten, creating, thanks to its anamorphic nature, a perfect circle. The viewer is invited to contemplate through a porthole the interaction between the pure geometry of the circle (artificial) and the line of contact between sky and sea (nature). An unexpected point of view that suggests to slow and linger to live an experience bound to last a long time, beyond the ephemeral.
