Le terme de limite possède deux significations dérivant de deux noms latin, limes et limen. Le premier représente un obstacle infranchissable alors que le second a une valeur de seuil, il représente le passage et ouvre à de nouveaux horizons. Avec cette installation, Go-up souhaite définir une limite à l’espace libre. Ainsi, le projet se réalise dans la mise en connexion des éléments individuels qui, ensemble créent de multiples entités grâce aux jeux de miroirs. L’espace créé accueille sans couper, connecte les sphères intimes, unit, multiplie ce qui est connu ou perçu. Le visiteur devient le héros de ce théâtre imaginaire.
The term limit takes on a double meaning, since it is derived from two Latin names, or limes, limitis and limen, Liminis: the first has an on-board negative meaning, which is an insurmountable barrier to humans; on the contrary, the second has the threshold value, and it is for man a passage, thus opening new horizons. With this installation they would like to create the limit of free space.
A floating space that welcomes loosely linking the intimate spheres, which combines and multiplies and you do know and recognize. So the project is implemented nell'interconnesione of the individual elements that together create single and multiple-entity at the same time with a game of mirrors.
The image that we propose is the living tree bark called "community", that once stripped of its materiality, it opens like a theater curtain osmotic whose protagonists are the people (and their faces).

Go-Up ouvre en Juin 2015 par l’expérience professionnelle de N.Canessa et P.Raffetto. Au fil des années, ils ont développé des projets et des activités de recherche dans le domaine de l’architecture, de design urbain et des conseils techniques, ainsi que des projets de création et d’installation. Avec M.Vadalà, C.Crosa di Vergagni, R.Martellacci, O.Martellacci et A.Bottardi ils ont développé des projets créatifs au sein de Go-Up. Go-Up est un atelier d’hybride entre un bureau d’études urbaines, une plate-forme pour les territoires habités et la recherche collective, la prévision et l’essai de toutes les formes de production d’espace sensible. Avec une culture commune du projet, nous essayons de vivre une pratique professionnelle ouverte et interdisciplinaire et multi-échelle, comparant paysage et de l’architecture, de l’urbanisme et de la conception, sociale et culturelle, dans la lecture de la complexité multiforme du territoire et de la ville.
Go-Up opens in June of 2015 by the professional experience of N.Canessa and P.Raffetto. Over the years they have developed projects and research activities in the field of architectural, urban design and technical advice, as well as creative projects and installation. With M.Vadalà, C.Crosa di Vergagni, R.Martellacci, O.Martellacci and A.Bottardi develop creative projects within Go-Up.
Go-Up is an hybrid atelier between an office of urban studies, a platform for territories inhabited and a collective research, forecasting and testing of all forms of production sensitive space. With a common culture of the project, we try to live a professional practice open and interdisciplinary and multi-scale, comparing landscape and architecture, urban planning and design, social and cultural, in the reading of the multifaceted complexity of the territory and the city.
