Un ensemble d’éléments opaques dispersés dans le volume de la cour fait obstacle à la course habituelle du soleil, pour produire un motif éphémère. Chaque jour, une ombre abstraite et changeante vient glisser sur les surfaces qui constituent la cour et donne durant un instant précis la clé de la signification, reconstituant au sol le mot «OMBRE»... Les éléments sont issus d’un plan décomposé en carrés réguliers répartis sur 4 strates. L’image d’origine devient seulement lisible par la projection qui la reconstitue en totalité une fois par jour. Une surface vierge marquée au sol vient recevoir cette image.
Some black elements scattered in the courtyard is an obstacle to the usual run of the sun, producing short-lived motives. Every day, the changeable shadow comes to slide on the surfaces which constitute the court and give during one precise moment the key of the meaning, reconstituting on the ground the word «SHADOW»... A plan decomposed into regular squares is distributed on 4 strata. The image of origin becomes only readable by the projection which reconstitutes it once a day. A blank surface marked on the ground comes to receive this image.

Emilie Queney fait des études d‘arts appliqués à Besançon, d’architecture intérieure à l’école Boulle à Paris puis d’architecture à l’ENSAPB et l‘ENSAPLV. De 2002 à 2007, elle travaille au sein d‘agences d‘architecture et architecture intérieure à Besançon, Berlin, Lausanne et Paris. De 2008 à aujourd’hui, elle travaille en free-lance dans des agences d‘architecture à Paris, participe à des concours ouverts d‘architecture et de paysage, dessine dans un atelier de modèles vivants.Markus Schork est né à São Paulo en 1975. Il fait des études de design et de photographie à l’école InD (Düsseldorf et Hamburg) auprès de G. Rothemann et V. Heinze. En 2000, il fonde les Atelierschork avec son frère Francisco. Cette collaboration concerne différents projets allant de la photographie d‘architecture à des installations numériques, en passant de 2003 à 2004 par la création de la galerie temporaire galeriepostkarte ayant pour vocation l‘édition de cartes postales d’artistes locaux. De 2000 à aujourd’hui, il travaille à Hambourg en freelance dans les domaines du design et des media numériques.
